Change of Mind 

In order to keep costs down for you the customer, we operate on a print to order relationship with our suppliers. Due to this, we do not offer a change of mind return option. 

Defective Goods

If you believe that any of the goods you receive are defective on arrival, or do not reach acceptable quality, contact us via email at hello@shopinsults.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a remedy.
