At shopinsults.com we offer a guarantee on our products to ensure they reach you within a certain timeframe, and give three tiers of guarantees to match.
Most of the delay is due to couriers, as we all know how unreliable they can be... Because of that we like to back our customers.
Our three-tier shipping guarantee: a promo code after 15 business days, shipping refunded after 30, and your whole order refunded after 45.

A promo code
If your order takes longer than 15 business days to arrive, you will receive a promo code for at least $5 AUD for your future shops.

Business days
Shipping refunded
If your order takes longer than 30 business days to arrive, we will refund you the shipping amount paid.

Business days
Whole order refunded
If your order takes longer than 45 business days to arrive, we will refund your whole order. If your items still arrive - they are free!
