Refunds

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been sent to production. Just contact us as soon as possible at admin@shopinsults.com or through our contact page.

Every item is printed on demand, made just for you, once you order. That way we don't overproduce or send unsold stock to landfill. Because of this, once your order has been sent to production we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Warranty

Our products don't come with a separate warranty beyond the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or territory. If you believe an item hasn't met the standards set by those laws, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it at admin@shopinsults.com or through our contact page, and we'll make it right.
